SEND Mentoring
Our Aspire SEND Training is much like our Aspire Ambassador Training but is tailored to young people with an EHCP (Educational, Health & Care Plan) who need extra support to explore options and fulfil their potential. It is a holistic approach designed by Career Specialists with SEND experience to support young people with social, emotional, mental health and communication needs. Our approach, tools and visual resources are used to enable meaningful self-discovery in a non-intrusive and engaging way capturing the 'voice of young people'.
