This Module aims to heighten young people's awareness of their skills and qualities, empowering them to recognise their unique strengths and areas for development. By mapping skills against interests and competence, participants can identify their "super strengths" and areas for growth. The module aims to boost self-esteem and self-awareness by highlighting individual uniqueness. HEALTHY COMMUNICATION
