Vicky Wilkinson
IAG Adviser
Vicky qualified to teach in 2004, but had dreamt of teaching languages from the age of 10. She's loved every single experience that it has given me her and has felt privileged to have known exactly what she wanted to do with her life. So after taking a step back to focus on family, she's ready to re-enter the world of work, and after discovering the role of Careers Leader & Guidance at the school where she'd been covering staff absence, Vicky thought it was a tentative step towards somewhere that she could have a positive impact. Combining her love of education and wanting to support students to find the best route for themselves drove her to qualify in IAG. She finds it so rewarding to be able to either share in the plans of young people or support them in finding the best pathway for their future plans.

Kim Weston
Aspire Mentor & IAG Advisor
With over 25 years experience working with young people, Kim is a registered Careers Adviser who enjoys supporting young people to achieve their goals and see the best in themselves. She is easy to talk to, encouraging, and always happy to go that extra mile.

Becky has worked alongside young people in various roles, specialising in one-to-one support through changes in their lives - but also through group work and youth group settings.
Becky has had jobs in several different sectors including in a bank, for a national charity and in farm machinery sales. Having never had a clear career goal has highlighted the benefits of additional support through decision-making processes and transitional periods.
Becky aims to seek out and celebrate the best in individual young people and likes to work with their views as the focus of her tasks.
Becky lives in rural North Wales with her partner, kids, a dog, a cow, a duck and 100 sheep.
