Mentoring With Impact Training covers how to mentor or coach in a purposeful, engaging way with impact. It equips delegates with the skills and techniques of mentoring and provides models, strategies, resources and practical opportunities to apply learning in an easy, engaging way. This training blends our first and final module of the Aspire Programme together and provides handouts and visual card packs to assist.

Career Planning equips delegates with the knowledge of post 16 pathways as well as resources to aid young people to explore their options further and become more self-aware about their future career decisions.
